1..磁制冷材料絕熱溫變測試數據自動控制分析系統

摘要:磁制冷是目前全球公認取代氟利昂的最佳制冷方式。具有循環效率高、節能、運動部件少、無污染等優點而更富有競爭力,被譽為綠色制冷技術。評價一種磁性制冷材料的性能好壞,對其進行絕熱溫變測試是很重要的一步。以前采用的溫變測試手段主要以人工將材料放入磁場中,手工記錄為主的測試方式,其缺點失不能準確的控制試樣進出磁場的速度和停留時間,造成誤差較大。筆者針對這一問題,對該測試系統進行了改進,采用VB60編程,利用計算機對整個測試系統進行控制和分析并同時對數據信號進行記錄分析,大大提高了測量的精度和可靠度,系統誤差小于3%。本文著重闡述了筆者對絕熱溫變測試系統的改造方案,分析了改造后系統測試的精確度及自動化程度,并分析了誤差來源及系統需進一步完善的地方。

Control and analysis system of the adiabatic temperature changes testing of magnetic refrigerants

Abstract: The magnetic cooling is regard as the best way taking place the traditional cooling method,which has many advantages such as high efficiency, energy conservation, uncomplicated and pollution free. Adiabatic temperature changes testing is one of the most important way to evaluate the coo
ling ability of the material. The unimproved testing device and method is based on the manual work, the error is inevitable. So we reconstructed a testing device and design a the control and analysis program based on Visual Basic 6.0,this system greatly improved the accuracy and reliability of the test, the error less than 3%. This article is highlights to expatiate the whole developing process of this system and analyze the accuracy of the result and automatization degree of the system. In the last part, we analysis the disadvantage of the system and the sources of errors.
