摘要：復雜焊件的強度校核問題，采用常規(guī)的校核方法計算過程將非常復雜，并且計算結(jié)果不可靠，有時常規(guī)的校核方法并不可行,不能獲得有效的結(jié)果。有限元分析方法在焊接現(xiàn)象模擬和焊接參數(shù)最優(yōu)化中具有獨特的作用,本文應(yīng)用有限元分析(FEA)方法在ANSYS軟件中對焊件工作環(huán)境進行模擬，通過分析計算獲得焊縫截面的應(yīng)力分布，從而可以得到可靠的強度校核結(jié)果。

Research on FEA method of weldment intensity based on example

Abstract: For intensity checking problem of complicated weldment, it is difficult to get available result with conventional checking method and sometimes it is unfeasible. Finite Element Analysis has special effect on the simulation of the welding and the optimization of welding parametersThis paper applied FEA method to simulate function condition of weldment. By analyzing and calculating, the authors found the stress distribution of welding line section，and then had a reliable result of the intensity checking.
