  • 基于虛擬儀器技術(shù)的滾動(dòng)軸承故障診斷的包絡(luò)分析

    摘  要:分析了滾動(dòng)軸承典型故障產(chǎn)生機(jī)理及其故障特征頻率,利用Hilbert變換的包絡(luò)分析法分析滾動(dòng)軸承故障特征的思想,并且結(jié)合現(xiàn)代虛擬儀器技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)并開(kāi)發(fā)出實(shí)用的齒輪箱滾動(dòng)軸承故障診斷系統(tǒng)。該診斷系統(tǒng)是我們自主開(kāi)發(fā)的VMIDS系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)發(fā)出的智能控件化虛擬式滾動(dòng)軸承故障診斷系統(tǒng),在成功完成故障信息提取的同時(shí),能降低系統(tǒng)的成本。   關(guān)鍵詞:虛擬儀器;故障診斷;包絡(luò);滾動(dòng)軸承   中圖分類號(hào):TP311.52  文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1672-4984(2007)04-0009-04   Envelope analysis for rolling bearings faults based on virtual instrument technology PAN Fei1, QIN Shu-ren2, BO Lin2 (1.Chongqing Communication Research and Design Institute,Chongqing 400067,China; 2.Test Center,Chongqing University,Chongqing 400044,China)   Abstract: This paper analyzed the principle and characteristic frequency of typical faults of rolling bearings and proposed a diagnosis system for rolling bearings faults which combine modern virtual instrument technology and thought of analyzing rolling bearings faults through Hilbert transform envelop analysis method. This system  based on VMIDS, which was developed by Test Center of Chongqing University and can successfully extract faults information as well as cut off the cost of system.
