摘 要:汽車起重機臂梁在長期的使用過程中,受交變負荷、壓力等載荷作用,疲勞破壞導致各種缺陷,使其安全性下降。傳統的無損檢測方法費時、費力,而且在汽車起重機臂梁的檢測中難于施行。聲發射檢測可以預測到由未知不連續活動缺陷引起系統的災難性失效,通過加載、放置探頭在起重機臂梁上,可對其整體進行快速的探傷檢測。重點分析了汽車起重機臂梁現狀,以及將聲發射檢技術應用于QY8C汽車起重機臂梁檢測的方法及其試驗結果,并指出在汽車起重機臂梁聲發射檢測存在的問題。

Application of acoustic emission testing technology in truck crane girder detection

Abstract: Many defects of truck crane girder caused by fatigue damage and bearing such as metabolic load, stress, et al. Were produced during long-term working, which would make the security of it reduced. Because those traditional nondestructive testing methods were time-consuming, laborious and difficult to apply on truck crane girder testing some totally new methods were needed. Acoustic emission testing technology could detect system catastrophic failure caused by unknown and discontinuous active defects, so whole flaw detection could be completed rapidly by loading and placing detector on the girder of truck crane. Statuses of truck crane girders, method plus testing results for applying acoustic emission testing techology to QY8C truck crane girder detection were focused on, and some problems of this technology were discussed too.
