摘 要:數據處理和分析是三坐標測量機應用的核心工作,而基于統計過程控制的SPC技術,則是測量機應用的高級階段,SPC技術應用的基礎性工作是對大量數據的匯總處理。本文提出了一種利用程序方法對數據進行匯總的數學模型和編程思路,結合工作中的經驗,對SPC技術的實際應用進行了一些粗淺的探討。通過使用這些技術和方法,可以實現數據采集、數據處理和數據分析的全程自動化。

Data processing and analysis of coordinate measuring machine

Abstract: Data processing and analysis is a kernel work of CMM application, and SPC technique based on statistical process control is a high level stage of CMM application, collection for mass data is a foundational task for SPC technique.This paper introduces the mathematical model and some ideas on how to collect data by using of the programming method, and discusses actual application of SPC technique according to working experiment. Using these techniques and methods can realize full automation for data acquisition, data processing and data analysis.
