摘 要:為應(yīng)對歐盟RoHS指令以及保證我國的相關(guān)管理辦法順利實施,中國計量科學(xué)研究院承擔(dān)了建立我國相關(guān)化學(xué)計量溯源體系的任務(wù)。該項工作包括三個重點:基標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法研究和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)研制;開展國際比對、國際合作以形成國際互認(rèn);能力驗證的實施,基標(biāo)準(zhǔn)資源共享及知識傳播。通過本工作,使國際貿(mào)易中測量的結(jié)果具有了可比性,提高了我國RoHS檢測實驗室整體檢測水平。

Establishment of national chemical metrology traceability system for RoHS directive

Abstract: According with EU Directive 2002/95/EC Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS Directive) and same national regulation of China, National Institute of Metrology(NIM) has a program for correlative national chemical metrology traceability system establishment in this field. Three important parts were included in this werk:primary measurement method researches and some certified reference material developments; international cooperation and comparisons for MRA;national proficiency tests, standards resource and knowledge sharing. With the successful achievements of this work, the measurement results in the international trade get comparable and the measurement levels of whole testing laboratories in China would be improved.
