摘 要:鋼絞線最大力伸長率是衡量其材料特性的一項重要力學性能指標,如何精確測量該指標是長期以來一直在探索的問題。設計出的測量鋼絞線最大力伸長率的新系統,采用電測量數據與圖像實時同步采集和圖像序列變形分析相結合的方法,此方法在測量過程中,非接觸測量試件的變形,克服了目前鋼絞線測量中的弊端。實現了鋼絞線最大力伸長率的測量,提高了測量的精度和可靠性。

Research on testing setup of pre-stressed steel strand stretching based on image correlation

Abstract: Steel strand stretching is an important mechanics performance criterion for its material characteristic. How to measure this criterion accurately had been confused for long time. A new system which using electronic measuring data plus image real synchronized collection technical and image series deformation analysis method was designed to measure steel strand stretching. It overcame the measurement problems by using non-contact measurement method, realized measurement of steel strand stretching and enhanced the measurement accuracy and reliability.
