摘 要：充分利用虛擬儀器在振動(dòng)測(cè)試領(lǐng)域的優(yōu)勢(shì)，結(jié)合三維加速度傳感器研發(fā)出航天器包裝箱振動(dòng)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)，縮短了開發(fā)周期，節(jié)約了測(cè)試成本，實(shí)現(xiàn)了長時(shí)間實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)采集并存儲(chǔ)，即時(shí)顯示加速度波形，并根據(jù)信號(hào)處理的基本原理，對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行頻譜分析、關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)高亮顯示、極值檢索、有效值分析、減振效果分析；對(duì)采集后的數(shù)據(jù)加速數(shù)據(jù)流回放，生成極值、有效值、減振效果報(bào)表、打印等功能。

Abstract: Virtual instrument technique was used to design spacecraft packing chest vibration measurement system. Using sufficient advantages of virtual instrument in vibration measurement，development cycle was reduced and testing cost was saved. Realized real-time data acquisition and storage for a long time，and displayed accelerated wave instant. Spectral analysis，key-points high-light display，extremum search，virtual value analysis and damping effect analysis of accelerated data were all based on basic theory of signal processing. At last， reviewed collection data，and generated report forms of extremum，virtual value， damping effect and printed them.
