摘 要:為實(shí)現(xiàn)電池組運(yùn)行狀況的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測和控制系統(tǒng)顯得極其重要,設(shè)計(jì)并研制了一套基于Philip900系列單片機(jī)的多處理器、多機(jī)通訊電池組檢測系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)可以同時(shí)監(jiān)測24節(jié)電池的工作情況,并且能夠?qū)﹄姵亟M總體電壓和單個(gè)電池的工作進(jìn)行可靠的監(jiān)控,出現(xiàn)問題能夠及時(shí)報(bào)警。實(shí)踐證明該設(shè)計(jì)方案正確可行。

Research and development of high precision battery set detection system

Abstract: It is important to research and develop a system which can monitor and control the operational state of the battery set in industrial control. So a battery-pile detecting system based on Philip 900 SCM was designed and prepared for multi-processor, multi-computer communication processors. This system could control 24-part battery-pile operations, monitor and control the general voltage and the single battery operations simultaneously. If the problem appeared, it could give an alarm immediately. And the practice results proved that this design was feasible and right.
