恒流裝置校準活塞氣體流量計的方法研究

摘 要:針對干活塞氣體流量計連續測量瞬時流量采用的間斷工作方式會造成較大的流場阻力波動,為消除阻力波動對干活塞氣體流量計準確校準的影響,研究兩種恒流法(體積管氣體流量標準裝置配合調壓閥、皂膜氣體流量標準裝置傳遞恒流泵)的校準方法,得到滿意的干活塞氣體流量計校準結果。恒流泵傳遞比較法把皂膜氣體流量標準裝置和干活塞氣體流量計在量值溯源圖上聯系起來,是對氣體小流量量值溯源體系的有效補充。

Study on calibrating piston type gas flowmeters
with constant current equipment

Abstract: The lager resistance fluctuation would occur when the piston type gas flowmeter continuously measured the instantaneous flow rage by the discontinuous working mode. To avoid the influence of resistance fluctuation on the calibration of the piston type gas flowmeter, two calibration methods of constant current are researched, and the better calibration results of piston type gas flowmeter were achieved. The constant flow pump transmission comparison method makes the soap film gas flow standard facility be linked with the piston type gas flowmeter in mtrological traceability figure, and the calibration method is a supplemnt to the value traceability system of small gas flow.
