49i-PS型臭氧校準儀開展環境監測領域臭氧檢測儀校準工作的研究

摘 要:針對日益重要的環境監測領域應用的臭氧檢測儀的校準溯源工作,提出采用49i-PS型臭氧校準儀作為標準裝置,介紹該裝置的測量原理、主要技術指標以及作為臭氧檢測儀校準裝置的使用方法。研究輸氣管線材質對臭氧濃度的影響,通過試驗證明普通的不銹鋼輸氣管線對臭氧氣體有嚴重吸附,明顯降低臭氧濃度;而PU管對臭氧氣體沒有明顯的吸附,完全可以代替價格較高的聚四氟乙烯管,降低使用成本。

Study on calibration of ozone analyzers applied in environmental
monitoring field by model 49i-PS ozone calibrator

Abstract: Concerning on the calibration of ozone analyzers applied in environmental monitoring field a standard apparatus by using model 49i-PS ozone calibrator was proposed. The measuring mechanism, main technical specifications and operation method were introduced. The influence of material quality of gas transmission pipe on ozone concentration was investigated. Experimental results suggested that common stainless pipe adsorbed ozone gas strongly, which made ozone concentration decrease obviously. Experiments demonstrated that PU pipe adsorbed ozone gas hardly, which could be used instead of polytetrafluoroethylene pipe with lower price.
