Base on GPRS Automation System for Isobarically Water Supply

Abstract: This paper introduces it is new type of control and single transmission that solved the problem of pumping water by slave system and isobarically water supply byｍａｓｔｅｒsystem.This kind of system is fairly flexible and advanced. Theｍａｓｔｅｒand the slave of the control unit is based PLC of Siemens Ltd. , worked steadily and dependable .HMI system adapted newfashioned configuration software - StoneView - published by Beijing Stone Automation Co.,Ltd. , showing the states of the equipments in the industry local , keep the history data in the archives ,pinting the report forms, supplying OPC interface and real-time communicating with device in the distance.

引言
恒壓供水在民用、工業(yè)領域中應用廣泛，但使用老式控制系統(tǒng)難以得到良好的壓力控制、難以對遠方多個水源選擇性控制，并且人機交互能力也比較差，從而管理難度大，操作復雜，造成人力物力浪費。
基于“集中管理，分散控制”的模式，數(shù)字化、信息化環(huán)保工程的思想，我公司開發(fā)了這套基于GPRS的恒壓供水控制系統(tǒng)，并著眼于“管控一體化”信息系統(tǒng)的建設，建立一個先進、可靠、高效、安全且便于進一步擴充的集過程控制、監(jiān)視、無線控制和計算機控制于一體并且具備良好開放性的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，完成對整個工藝過程及全部生產(chǎn)設備的監(jiān)測與自動控制，實現(xiàn)“現(xiàn)場無人值守，少人值班，智能調節(jié)”的目標。
1、系統(tǒng)構成
設計的時候，在確保先進、可靠、開放、安全的前提下，始終堅持控制成本的原則。本套系統(tǒng)自動化程度高，人機交互能力強。我公司采用的無線通訊系統(tǒng)組成見圖1（系統(tǒng)結構圖），硬件主要由以下5部分組成：
A、1臺主站可編程控制器CPU226 + EM223 + EM222，一臺MM430變頻器；
B、3臺從站可編程控制器CPU222 + EM231（1塊四路模擬量輸人模塊）；
C、4套GPRS DTU通訊模塊 + 4張移動SIM卡；
D、1臺工業(yè)計算機（上位機） + 1套“StoneView”組態(tài)軟件；
E、2面主站操作顯示屏+1面主站控制柜+3面從站控制柜。
我公司選擇了西門子S7-200
